MARS 2027 Sponsorship Form

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Midwest Association of Rail Shippers.

The MARS 2027 Sponsorship program will be available sometime in October. If you have any questions, please submit this contact form.

Vendor tables at the MARS 2027 Winter Meeting will no longer be tied to a sponsorship. Booths will be available to purchase for $1,500. Registration is required for all vendor table personnel and is not included in this fee. Tables will only be available for 2027 in the meeting registration process.

Additional sponsorships will also soon be announced for the MARS 2027 Winter Meeting.

In the unlikely event of a sponsorship cancellation, please note that a 5% cancellation penalty will apply. Sponsorship cancellations will only be allowed up to 30 days before the event (for event sponsorships) or before November 30 (for annual sponsorships).
