About Tracy Stein

Tracy Stein joined the Midwest Association of Rail Shippers Association as Executive Director in 2022.   She also currently serves as the Executive Director of the North American Rail Shippers Association (NARS) and the Pacific Northwest Association of Rail Shippers (PNWARS).

Over the last 20+ years, Tracy has worked in a variety of capacities serving associations primarily in the area of meetings and events.

In addition to her professional experiences, Tracy has served in several voluntary roles on association boards and committees.

A graduate of Cornell University, Tracy is an active alumna of the university serving as President of her graduating class, Reunion Chairman and on the board of the Chicago area alumni club,

Tracy is based in Chicago and loves (most ) Chicago sports teams, enjoys cooking and live music.  Tracy and her husband are parents to two human kids and a mixed breed dog.
