About Matt O'Kray

Matt O’Kray serves as Vice President Commercial for Transtar LLC of Pittsburgh, PA. His responsibilities include leading the strategic growth, marketing and economic development for each of the Transtar railroads across the country. Before joining Transtar in 2022, Matt spent eighteen years in multiple commercial roles at Genesee & Wyoming Inc., Canadian Pacific Railway, CSX and the L.B. Foster Company.

Matt holds a B.A. in Political Science from Western Illinois University and a M.S. in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University. Matt resides in the western suburbs of Chicago.
