MARS Summer Meeting Set for July 10–11 in Lake Geneva
Attendees to explore ‘Delivering Supply Chain Success with Rail Innovation and Sustainability’
CHICAGO—May 17, 2023 (James Street Media Services)—The Midwest Association of Rail Shippers (MARS) Summer Meeting will be held July 10–11, 2023, at the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The theme for the meeting is “Delivering Supply Chain Success with Rail Innovation and Sustainability.”
This year’s meeting will feature the annual Scholarship Golf Outing, plus a reception and networking dinner on the first day, July 10. The business meeting is scheduled for a full day on July 11.
“North American railroads are focusing on their customers’ experience, and our Summer Meeting attendees will gain valuable insights into the latest developments,” says Kathy Bathurst, MARS President, and Senior Sales Manager, CSX Transportation. “Additionally, the summer meeting is always a great place to network with a diverse variety of industry leaders. We’re looking forward to a great event.”
The agenda is still being finalized for the two-day event, and will include high-level executives from railroads, major shippers, and industry experts.
