Please plan on joining us on the dates of July 18 and 19 to attend the 258th meeting of MARS at the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva WI. Dress code is business casual. Networking tables will be available for the distribution of your company’s information.
We will have our Scholarship Outing, reception, and networking buffet dinner on our first day, July 18th, with our business meeting scheduled for a full day on July 19. Plan to adjourn at 2:30. MARS has been following the resort’s efforts to know and comply with local health restrictions and recommendations and are confident that they are meeting and exceeding requirements and doing all they can to assure a pleasant and healthy event. We have worked with the resort and are confident they have the facilities to host all of our events observing social distancing and health protocols. Our actual meeting room assignments will be determined by attendance and will be announced before the meeting.
Hotel Information
Grand Geneva has allocated a block of rooms at Timber Ridge Lodge, July 17-20, at a preferred rate of $170 for one-bedroom suites. The cutoff date for the preferred rate is June 17. If there is any problem with online reservations, please call Grand Geneva Reservations at 855-833-5345.
